Location is ideal, and the staff were courteous. Very pleasant lobby, was able to chat with friends there without issue -- not too loud, nor was it monastic. The room itself was nice, very clean and not cramped, with a desk on which to do work. The wifi was reliable and fast, and we were glad to have the refrigerator and hairdryer as amenities. The bed was a bit on the firm side, but perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature regulation. I found the shampoo and conditioner quite lovely. The private parking garage under the hotel was a little tight to navigate but otherwise very convenient. Overall, very pleased.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt special, with carefully designed interiors that set it apart from standard hotels. The location is quite central yet as it is in the middle it is quite far from everything. The way the city is displayed it has some attractions further north and others further south, therefore we needed to take a taxi or metro whenever we wanted to go somewhere (to be honest, the heat doesn't allow you to walk much either). Still, the metro station was really close from the property and the sky tower is within a walking distance too.

Clean hotel. The room was quiet enough even when I had windows to the highway. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Good location with popular Olaya Street nearby. Also walking distance from Kingdom Center.
